About Us

The Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines - National Capital Region (CEAP-NCR) is a regional organization of Catholic educational institutions committed to promoting transformative Catholic education. As one of the regional networks under the national CEAP umbrella, CEAP-NCR serves as a dynamic community of Catholic schools across Metro Manila that share a common vision of academic excellence, integral formation, and faithful service to the Church and society.

CEAP-NCR exists to support, innovate, and uplift member schools by providing programs that are timely, relevant, and aligned with the ever-evolving needs of learners and educators. Through collaborative engagements, training platforms, and advocacy for Catholic education, CEAP-NCR ensures that its schools remain rooted in Gospel values while embracing the demands of 21st-century learning.

In its continuing mission to strengthen the moral and spiritual formation of learners, CEAP-NCR has launched the Virtue Series—a harmonized, values-based learning program that integrates Good Manners and Right Conduct (GMRC), Values Education (VE), and Christian Living Education (CLE). This initiative aims to provide a unified, Catholic approach to character formation and faith instruction from Kindergarten to Grade 12. The Virtue Series also includes a digital training platform designed to equip educators with the tools, content, and confidence needed to effectively deliver the program in their respective contexts.

CEAP-NCR remains steadfast in its commitment to educational excellence, Gospel-centered pedagogy, and service to the Church, forming future leaders who are Makadiyos, Makatao, Makabayan, at Makakalikasan.
